- Login HERE with the email address and password you used to place the order.

I can no longer make it to the show. Can I return my tickets for a refund?
All admission tickets/enclosures are sold on a non-refundable basis. However, should there be extenuating circumstances for requesting a refund (such as a bereavement or medical emergency) we ask that you return your tickets by post along with an explanation and we shall consider your request following the event.
Please post to: Customer Services, Scampton Airshow, PO Box 1940, Fairford, Glos GL7 4NA
Please be aware all tickets are barcoded and prior to any credits being made each ticket will be checked to ensure it has not been used for entry to the airshow.
When will I receive my enclosure pack?
When you order online you can print your e-ticket or show it on your mobile device at the entry point. If you have purchased enclosure tickets, you need to print off/show your admission ticket in the same way and the wristband, swing tag or lanyard pass, which gives you entry to the actual enclosure, will be posted to you with an information pack.
How do I order/I have forgotten to order child tickets?
Simply visit our website, login to your account and add the correct number of children's passes to your basket, or call our ticket hotline on 01522 396 600 between 8.30-5.30, Monday to Friday, and we will be happy to help.
Alternately any children under 16 arriving without a ticket will have a barcode scanned at the entry point and allowed access to the showground.
I have won or been given tickets, but need child tickets?
Any children (under 16s) arriving without a ticket will have a barcode scanned at the entry point and allowed access to the showground.
Do you have a family ticket?
We do not need to have a 'family' ticket as children (under 16s) are free of charge and we do not restrict the number of children per adult. When placing your order on our website please do not forget to order the relevant number of free child tickets.
Why do tickets have to be purchased in advance and not available on the gate?
The decision to only sell advance tickets was made so that we have more control over the amount of traffic travelling to the airshow each day.
As we have an e-ticketing system, providing we haven't sold out you will be able to order your tickets via our website up until the day of the show.
Will I be able to see the aircraft on standard admission?
Yes, the standard admission ticket allows you access onto the airfield where you can browse all the static displays, trade stands, exhibitions and many other activities.
My child is 15 will I be asked for ID?
You may be asked for ID so bring some with you just in case.
Does it matter what name is printed on the tickets?
The name on the ticket is for administration purposes only. Each e-ticket has a unique barcode which will be scanned at the ticketing points. This scanning process then invalidates multiple uses of the same barcode.
Can I change my tickets for another day?
No, all Scampton Airshow tickets are sold as non-transferable and non-refundable.
What will you do if someone turns up over the weekend without a ticket?
People turning up at the entry gates without a ticket will be turned away.
Why have I been charged an admin fee when I have printed off my tickets?
The admin fee charged per booking is comparable with other ticket sellers. It pays for credit/debit card processing services, merchant fees, installation and maintenance of computer and scanning hardware and software, telephone lines, labour and all other costs associated with a ticket transaction.

As you are no doubt aware, the airfield will be incredibly busy over the period of the event with arrival and departure slots, and indeed dispersal space, at an absolute premium. For this reason we will need to limit aircraft visiting on a daily basis to only those operated by:

Please also note Police patrol the car parks and will take action if an animal has been left in a car.
Should we bring ear defenders?
We definitely recommend ear defenders for babies/young children as the majority of aircraft displaying are extremely loud.
